1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of 5 Star Realtor and Muhammad Arif, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

- Property listing and marketing services
- Real estate guidance and advice for Windsor, LaSalle, and Tecumseh areas
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your real estate needs
- Communicate promptly regarding property showings, offers, and decisions
- Respect property showing appointments and guidelines
- Work exclusively with 5 Star Realtor during the term of any signed agreement
4. Professional Standards
Muhammad Arif operates under the guidelines and regulations of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and adheres to all applicable real estate laws and professional standards.
5. Commission and Fees
Commission rates and any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon in writing before any representation agreement is signed. All financial terms will be transparent and explained during initial consultation.
6. Confidentiality
All client information, financial details, and personal circumstances shared during our professional relationship will be kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of providing real estate services.
7. Property Information
While we strive to provide accurate property information, we recommend that all clients conduct their own due diligence, including professional inspections, surveys, and verification of property details before making any purchasing decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
5 Star Realtor and Muhammad Arif shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the commission received for the specific transaction.
9. Market Conditions
Real estate markets are subject to change, and past performance does not guarantee future results. All market analyses and property valuations are estimates based on current market conditions and available data.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the professional relationship according to the terms outlined in any signed representation agreement. Termination procedures will follow RECO guidelines and industry standards.
11. Modifications
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last modified" date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
